International Demand for Airport Safety Products Paves Path to Industry Standardization

Clearwater, FL (May 11, 2011) – Neubert Aero Corp. (NAC), a global provider of airport safety products, has identified a trend toward the international standardization of airport runway safety practices. Since early 2010, global demand for the company’s industry-leading safety solutions has skyrocketed, led by sales of its signature Dynamic Friction Tester (DFT). Since this time, the company has received orders from India, Malaysia, Panama, Mexico and pending orders from Italy and Brazil.

“Growing interest in our DFT and other safety products, both domestically and abroad, is a very positive sign that air and highway safety is on the rise,” said Tim Neubert, Neubert Aero Corp.’s founder. “We’ve worked very hard over the last few years to gain international cooperation in this area. We’re thrilled to see other countries embrace our technology and we get feedback continually on how our solutions are helping them to improve operations.”

Neubert’s passion for improving travel safety standards drove him to become a founding member of the International Friction Pavement Association (Intlfpa.org), which he credits with helping to build this international momentum.
