Mr. Neubert has worked in aviation for over 25 years as an airport executive, international business development manager, lecturer, and government advisor. He is an active, instrument-rated pilot.

He began his aviation career with the United States Air Force, where he served ten years. He then held executive administration positions for three commercial service airports over a 15-year period. As an airport executive, he established himself as an industry leader in creating innovative operational and safety procedures. He is credited with writing the first approved airport certification manual (Part 139) in 1987, has received several airport safety awards, and served as president of the New York Airport Managers Association. Mr. Neubert is also an inventor, and holds several US patents for products used at airports.

Currently, he is president of Neubert Aero Corp. (NAC), an airport product and services company, and managing partner of NAC Dynamics, LLC, manufacturer of runway continuous friction measurement and decelerometer equipment located in Clearwater, Florida. Mr. Neubert is an accredited airport executive with the American Association of Airport Executives.

In addition to his business duties, Mr. Neubert is an adjunct professor of international business and economics at the University of Tampa, in Tampa, Florida. He is also an avid supporter of the National Air Racing Championships. In 2009, the NAC Air Racing Team won the Formula One Class and, in 2010, his NAC Jet Racing Team won first place in the Silver Jet Class.

Mr. Neubert holds a bachelor of science degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and an MBA from the University of Sarasota’s School of Business. He is a founder and executive board member of the International Friction Pavement Association (IFPA).
